Hello lovely ladies!
After such a fun Holiday Season and with your fabulous feedback, I had a lot of thinking to do and a lot to be thankful for.
The world has changed, reality is different for most of us, sadly the real world doesn't seem to be a fun place right now. I missed having a creative outlet, meet people from all over the world, have fun and games. I had that with SL and I want it back!
My real job is quite demanding so I wont be able to do as many things as we used to but this is what my plan looks like, I hope you like it:

* I am keeping pm open as a small boutique instead of a full sim
* I will be releasing occasional group gifts, I will run group games such as lucky chairs, midnight manias, etc.
* I am updating the vending system but I am keeping a redelivery terminal for items purchased with the older system.
* The new vending system will allow to have special sales for group members only :)
* I have a list of remakes / updates I will try to pull through
* To keep it manageable I will be creating mostly for Maitreya, Freya, Legacy bodies and BOM layers << I want to bring these back!
* Originality: all my items will always be original. That being said my idea of original needs to be explained because it doesn't seem to match the standards of many other stores / events, etc. I do not know or have the time to learn how to model items but I do know how to use Photoshop inside out. My textures will always be original, hand drawn by me in PS. I will use models created by some other artists. Those models could be publicly distributed or exclusively commissioned by me.
* Events: I doubt I will be participating in any of them, I would rather keep everything in-house.
* Hunts and games: I will try to run them as often as I can.

I think this covers most of the questions you might have but I am always available if you have more! Just drop me a note.

10th Anniversary

It has been all about saying thank you for so many years of love and these are my last three presents.

One of the most meaningful creations of these ten years has been Aquarelle. I designed it when I was at the very end of my pregnancy, full of excitement and hope for my daughter to come. The vibrant colors, how airy and flowy it turned out reflects that time of my life to a T. Even though now it is an old design I still treasure it and I would like you to have it in one of a kind color specially for you, my VIP’s so I am sending it out on the group.

Also I have made an exclusive pack of unreleased color variations of three outfits that I will be sending to the Top 100 PM Customers of all times!

I am sending out as well one last group gift honoring my own name ;) and my love for everything vintage. Includes 10 color options and s set of necklace and earrings to match.

Lastly, a little calendar of what's left to come:

July 1st, 2019:
I will upload on the marketplace the only few items that will remain available. You have been asking about some jewelry and accessories that haven't been part of the current sale and this is the reason. They will be available on the marketplace 50% off until July 19th.They will remain at regular price for an undetermined time.

July 20th, 2019
Closing date. Sim goes down and poofs away. Inworld group becomes inactive. I'd suggest to hit the Subscriber Mailing List to stay in touch if I take on new adventures in the future.
As of this day, the vending system will not be available anymore so be sure to use all credits you have left and re-deliver all items you might have lost. We will not be able to provide customer support after this day.

Tributes

It’s time to wrap up these 10 years of PurpleMoon. I would like to celebrate/close this chapter of PM with a few tributes.

First of all a humble and heartfelt tribute to an amazing creator that has been in Second Life far longer than myself and was my inspiration to open a business were I could explore my creativity and at the same time give the chance to dress well to every body in SL regardless of how much money they are willing or can spend. This woman was June Dion from Bare Rose. Thanks to her, I got a taste of wonderful fashion in my early beginnings in Sl without having to spend almost any money. I lived out of her gifts and got to purchase a few outfits thanks to the paid camping we had those days.
Inspired by her business model I decided to come up with a brand that could offer affordable and even free fashion with the best quality I could come up with.
Thank you for what you do June, for being the inspiration to many and wishing you many more years of success. 
These two outfits are being offered now at the store for $50, same price as everything else. 




My second tribute is for the people who believed in me. On these ten years of business I’ve had lots of loyal customers who have followed and supported me unconditionally.
I wish I could have made a little tribute to each of you but over 20000 gifts it’s a little bit non-achievable, right? Hence why I prepared three special releases for the Top 3 PM Customers. These ladies not only have loved the brand but they have also spent lots of money in the store. Every single Linden spent in the store by them, and all of you, has made my dream possible. Being able to live out of what I love doing is priceless and I will forever be thankful.

Thank YOU, Yhishara Cerise, Isidora Jennings and Aileene Macbeth.
Each of them have an outfit named after them that you can find in the store for $50 as well. They will receive a full pack of all colors plus a one exclusive one of a kind color for each of them. Nobody else but them will have those colors!

Sorry, we are closed

It’s time. Time for a new chapter.

PM has been one heck of a ride. I don’t even know where to start.
If 10 years ago somebody would have told me I was going to be a celebrity of sorts, that i was going to pay my bills out of pixel creations, that I was going to be known and loved by many...
I would have laughed really hard.

It is still today that I find hard to understand what happened the last few years but I do know I enjoyed every bit of it. I learned so many things. I have learned to overcome envy and jealousy. I’ve learned to stay humble despite the infinite amount of recognition and being treated like an almost deity. I have learned to listen to the good and not so good stuff.
I’ve grown, I’ve evolved and adapted.
I haven’t reached my limit, there is not such a thing as the end.
Though, this is not where my heart is anymore.

It took me a long time to figure this out and I deeply apologize for having you waiting. This is a hard decision. Who would want to go back to the “normal” life? Back to the everyday me, where only my family, friends and neighbours know me?

I do.

This is where my heart is right now. Building a real life career and helping my daughter grow. She is so young and growing so fast I don't want to miss it. My job is stressful and by far not as rewarding as being a fashion designer in SL but it’s building a future for my girl. At least, I think it will.


Nothing is forever. I don’t believe in always or never. Right now is what counts, and this is where I choose to be.

I don’t think of it as the end of PurpleMoon, it’s about closing a chapter and opening a new one. PurpleMoon and the people who made it possible stay in me. I’ve got a father for my daughter, Martin414 Timeless, and three amazing sisters, SilverMoon Indigo, Rie Silverfall and Belladonna Wexhome. You all pushed me, supported me, heard me cry and laugh, stayed unconditionally by my side. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.

And YOU ladies. You have taught me about love and loyalty in a way that I had no idea it was possible. Thank you.

I will not say good bye, I’ll say “see you on the next one!”

Let’s close this chapter with a bang. All items in store are being offered for L$50. Everything is included but a few pieces I kept for myself and others that are too old to my liking. Spend the store credit you have left and grab your favorite keepsakes! 
I don't have an end date for the sale yet, I estimate a little over a month. I will be tracking the store credit stats to be sure most people get to spend what they have accumulated.
Also I have a couple of unfinished goodies that I am trying to wrap up as gifts, I'll keep you posted.
